REGISTRATION

Registration Fees:

  • Participation in the Rapid-Fire ECG Challenge
  • Congress materials (digital program book, name badge, certificates)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the congress

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation Fees:

2 nights package 380 € 440 €
  • We would like to kindly remind you that rooms at the main meeting hotel, Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyePark Hotel, are filling up quickly. We recommend submitting your requests at your earliest convenience.
  • We have reserved the rooms for a limited time, and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • 12% VAT will be added to all accommodation fees. In case of a tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
  • The price difference for double room accommodation is €50 + VAT per night.
  • “2 Nights Accommodation Package” include bed and breakfast between 1 and 3 October 2026.

TRANSFER

  • 20% VAT will be added to all transfer fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
  • In case of a time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 72 hours before your flight.
  • In order for your transfer to be organized properly, please inform the organization agency in writing of your flight ticket information at least 1 week before your transfer.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

– All cancellations should be submitted to Invictus Tourism ([email protected]).
– For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before June 26th, 2026, %10 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after June 26th, 2026.
– Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
– Sponsor companies must have made all their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.
